Awakening the Senses: Half-Day Embodied Writing Retreat at Good Medicine Collective

Join us for Awakening the Senses, a somatic writing retreat to nourish body and soul.

As spring thaws, our senses reawaken. This is a rich moment to practice creative reinhabitation that includes our whole selves.

Combining gentle movement and breath practices with writing prompts and (optional) sharing, we’ll engage our creative practice through the rich portal of the senses.

Our play will be expansive, listening not only for the traditional five senses but also including our intuition, timing, and imagination.

Along the way, we’ll support our somatic explorations with various foods, textures, scents, and sights that delight and engage our writing and feeling.

Hearty snacks provided. Participants are encouraged to share any dietary restrictions upon registration.
